The Professional Exhibit Hall is a two-day event is the platform for organizations that wish to showcase residency programs, professional organizations, and academic institutions directly to medical students attendees. The exhibit hall will be available from 8:30 AM - 12 PM on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 and Sunday, September 27th, 2026. These eight (8) hours are strategically placed at times with minimal competing programming to ensure maximum attendee engagement.
Each exhibitor will receive a six-foot tabletop and entrance for up-to two (2) individuals to table. Up to four additional personnel for Saturday can be included at an additional cost of $50/person, a maximum of 6 people per table. Exhibitors are welcome to participate in the Friday night welcome dinner and community mixer, keynote speaker session, clinical workshops, and closing ceremonies on Sunday. Additionally, the name of your institution or residency program will be listed in the summit program. The cost for a professional exhibition is $750.
Opportunities are available to waive exhibition hall fee for community-based organizations interested in tabling. For more information, please contact socalmedicalstudentsummit@gmail.com.

The deadline for registration is Monday, August 10th, 2026 and payment must be received by August 31st, 2026.

This document details eligibility requirements, refund and cancellation policies, and other stipulations for Event Sponsors & Exhibitors. Financial Sponsorship will be conducted through the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) Chapter at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine (EIN 52-0965479). The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) Chapter at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine reserves the right to deny, refuse, or return payment from any Sponsor or Exhibitor at any time.
